DC Land | Intiland Tower Surabaya

Launched in February 2026, DC Land is a joint venture between Intiland, through PT Intiland Alfa Rendita, and ION Network, operating as PT Inti Arunika Persada. The facility offers 3 MW of contracted power across 43 racks, designed to Tier III standards with N+1 redundancy and an SLA exceeding 99%. DC Land provides colocation, cross-connect, and managed power services, supported by a 24/7 Network Operations Centre (NOC), multilayer physical security, and fire suppression systems safe for active equipment. As a pilot for national expansion, the Surabaya facility is positioned to become an interconnection hub for Eastern Indonesia, with projected power demand of 20–30 MW.
